Could not be happier with my experience. Jasmine was amazing, the stylist around her were great and social as well. I loved it. The person washing my hair for was super cool too. Lovely experience and I’m looking forward to going back next month. Do note that it is a 50% deposit when you book, the $105 charge after booking shocked me a bit but it’s understandable & maybe I misread it. Excited to support this business more

I've been a client for over two years and I'm ALWAYS pleased with the service I receive! From the front desk, Janelle, who greets me by name, to the shampoo ladies and of course my stylists!!! Although I've had more than one person (Janiece and David) style my hair, Jasmine is my permanent stylist and she is awesome!! They were also great, fast and very accommodating. I really appreciate it that. Their products are so good for my hair. They are professional always and I definitely love that!!! It's worth the money you invest in self care!

I have come here multiple times over the past couple of years. I usually see Kat, who is top notch. I have had my natural hair cut twice by her, and each time, it came out amazing. The staff is super friendly. I also love the hair care products that they sell, especially the flax seed gel. I usually hate going to the hair salon, but this place is amazing and welcoming.

I went to this salon on Saturday the 13th, appointment was at @ 1:00. Nobody washed my hair until around 1:45, then finally got my hair started at about 2:20. By the time I was finished it was quarter to 5 and all I got was coils. My hair is short because it's growing back due to me going through chemo. So it shouldn't have taken as long.Then she had to stop to check on a client she was working on before me. So for me, I will not be going back for a redo. I think appointments should be on time and especially if you have to give deposit. Last but not least, the bottom part of my hair has unraveled. I'm very disapointed. Poor service

I don't trust many people with my hair, but I truly had a great experience at this salon. My consultation started ON TIME and I met with Ms. Lorraine, who is very kind and attentive. They happened to be able to squeeze me in for an appointment right after! In my experience, even Black/Natural hair salons can be discriminatory with different hair textures (especially if you have type 4/tight coils). This was not the case here, it was a very positive atmosphere. Whitney did an excellent job with my cut and palm rolls. You know you're in good hands when your stylist is super excited about what they're doing with your hair and really care about your hair's health beyond the requested style. Such a warm environment, I will be coming back here and I highly recommend it.
