I cannot put into words how wonderful this spa is. In a world of cheap, quick fixes, Ms Denise offers something much more valuable. She is a wealth of knowledge and attentiveness and generous with her time. Her assistant, Alexa is truly top notch. These women are warm, welcoming and professional. The program I entered was for excessive hair shedding I was experiencing. At 33 years old I was losing my hair and even had a bald spot. Doctor's told me it was just a thing that happens sometimes. Ms. Denise sent me for blood work and put me on a weekly visit for 12 weeks. I drove two hours each way to visit and diligently followed the protocol at home. I was apprehensive about the cost and the drive and if it would be worth it. Let me tell you, my hair is healthier than it has been in years.

I always enjoy getting my hair done at Salon 9 Two 0. I find that they listen to my needs and always take their time with my tender scalp as well as not being too rough with my fine easy to tangle hair. It’s really a spa experience for me. It’s peaceful and intimate and their hair treatments really resets my hair from dry to moisturized.

My initial visit to the salon was a positive one. The Stylists were courteous and professional. The salon was clean and nicely decorated. All COVID 19 protocols were immediately addressed. My temperature was taken upon arrival and I was asked to wash and sanitize my hands. During my consultation with Nijah she was very attentive and listened carefully to my concerns and desired results from the initial visit. She asked me what my hair goals were. She even allowed me to show her pictures. She assured me she would cut the minimum amount of hair necessary to achieve the goal. Next my hair was carefully and gently detangled and prepared for shampooing by Monet. My hair was thoroughly shampooed, deep conditioned and I was provided a steam treatment.
