Sam is amazing! My blowout turned out perfect and lasted longer than I expected. Super professional, attentive, and made the experience so enjoyable. Highly recommend if you want to feel pampered and leave with gorgeous hair!

I had an amazing experience at the drybar! The blowout service was perfect — smooth, shiny, and styled exactly how I wanted. I enjoyed how Katy paid attention to detail, making sure my hair was styled to my liking. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely focused on making sure I left happy. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier service!

I’ve been to Drybar many times, but I’ve never had anyone as perfect as Lali. She did an AMAZING job on my blowout — it was everything I wanted and more. She also gave me the best hair wash I’ve ever had! Most stylists rush through that step, but she took her time, made sure my scalp was thoroughly cleaned, and didn’t miss a single spot. She went above and beyond throughout the entire experience and was so kind and lovely to talk to. Highly recommend her!

I am always happy with my hair but they consistently run behind on appointment times. I don’t think I’ve ever been seating at my appointment time which is super frustrating when trying to fit things into a busy day. They really need a better appointment management system or policies, it definitely makes me want to find another place.

I don't have anything nice to say. The place looks old & sad along with their equipment. My hair was brushed with a brush that had 0 tips on it and felt uncomfortable. The customer service is atrocious. The time management is unreliable. The manager is rude, unprofessional and should probably consider another profession. My hair is full of product but looks mediocre at best. The "style" didn't last but an hour. Dry bar used to be a great place to go. Unsure if it's this location or the company but save your money, time and frustration. You will leave unhappy and no one will care.
