Drybar - Tuscan Village

My first experience at a dry bar ever. Absolutely, loved my experience. I got my hair done for a wedding, and absolutely loved the end result. Taylor did a fantastic job, so pleasant and extremely nice doing my hair. Service was quick, maybe 30 minutes. I came in with clean dry hair. They offer you water as well, and all the ladies working there are extremely nice. Definitely loved my experience!

Kelsey (not the manager just the little girl who thinks she’s the boss) should be fired after her customer service. Not only was she rude, condescending and charged when no service was completed, but she even blamed the company for their “policies”. Stay away from this place if they hire incompetent children who can’t even answer a question and don’t know the first thing about being polite and customer service. Yikes - dry bar should ensure employees are trained and know the first thing about professionalism with customers and how they speak about the business. Future clients should record the interactions at this facility or better yet go to an actual salon.

This place is fantastic! I’ve been a member for almost a year now and I’m never disappointed! The customer service is spot on, very clean and the vibe is top notch!

I had an amazing experience at Drybar! I booked a wash and blowout with Jenessa and she was absolutely incredible—so kind, attentive, and really listened to what I wanted. She nailed the look perfectly and made the whole experience relaxing and fun. 10/10 recommend and I’ll definitely be back to see her again!
