For the first time in my life I was embarrassed to leave a hair appointment 🫥 when you’re paying a “professional” to perform a service, you’d never expect it looks worse than your best attempt. I can’t believe the stylist even let me walk out like this. There is obviously a lack of pride in their work, and if I wasn’t in a rush I would have had her restart. Take your money elsewhere.

I wish I could give zero stars. The stylist was nice but she absolutely FRIED my hair. The breakage is insane and unrepairable, she kept trying to play it off as frizz but my hair has never looked worse. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and wait and wash my hair a week later to see if it actually damaged it and there’s short pieces broken off all over. I rarely ever use heat on my hair and only went here because I had surgery on my wrist and couldn’t wash my own hair. All I wanted was a smooth blow out with a little volume at the bangs and little waves. It took her over an hour and a half to do my hair and she was using so much heat and leaving it on for too long. ANGELA is my go to!! Hands down the best service I get every time I come. Hair so bouncy, so soft and last me a week! The atmosphere is amazing and the products smell soooo good! Thank you for always taking care of me!

Great experience at Drybar. The check-in process was easy and everything ran on time. Katie at the front desk was helpful and made the check-in smooth. She was also very sweet and welcoming. Overall, the service was amazing and I was happy with how everything was handled.

I’ve had a membership here for 2 years and I absolutely love it every time. I book with Lexi exclusively, she does an awesome job with my extensions and I feel like a million bucks when I leave. The staff is super friendly which is a plus.
