Drybar Rogers

I absolutely love coming to Drybar! The customer service is always amazing, and you can truly feel how much they care. Darlene at the front desk is the best! She’s so friendly, attentive to detail, and constantly on the move to make sure everything runs smoothly. She makes you feel welcomed the second you walk in. Areli is my go-to stylist! Her head massages are unbeatable, and she’s always so warm and welcoming. She nails my go-to style every single time. Highly recommend this location! Always a great experience!

Is this normal? I get it’s about to rain and I have fine hair. Should I ask for something different next time? (Asked for pin curls) Please advise. Otherwise service was great and everyone was so kind. Willing to comeback. Just wanting to understand what’s best if I’m going to continue a subscription. Thanks!

I have been to Drybars throughout the country. The service has been outstanding at this location. I have particularly difficult tight coiled hair and the recommended Liquid Glass treatment is so effective for making my blowouts stay for days. The Rogers location has exceed my expectations for customer service, skill of the stylists and overall comfort! I’ll be back, and often.

EDIT: I will say the owner did email and was very kind. She offered a free service and said she would review footage and use this experience for training purposes. I respect that and I appreciate her reply. I fully understand that the owner is out of town and cannot control every moment — however, inexperienced people “running” the business in her absence is clearly creating negative customer experiences and is not a good reflection of her brand here in NWA. And yes, unfortunately, after leaving my review (before being contacted by the owner), someone inexperienced once again on their social media team, decided it was appropriate to blocked me on Instagram and then they proceeded to have 20 “new” five-star reviews suddenly appeared. I always have an amazing experience at DryBar! The Roger’s location consistently goes above and beyond to make sure their services are top notch. The whole team is friendly, hard working, and talented. I send all of my friends here and would recommend everyone go at least once!
