Drybar - North Bethesda at Pike & Rose

This location is great, the whole team is wonderful. I specifically request Iris for my appointments. Iris is extremely talented, kind, and very professional. My hair is thriving and is so much healthier under Iris’s care and attention. I always leave Drybar feeling confident thanks to her. She’s a rockstar!

I love Drybar. I have been going to different Drybar locations for the past 10 years. One of the main reasons I have continued to go back to Drybar is because of specific stylists. Specifically, Courtney and Anna are both incredibly talented stylists who truly listen to what you want and make sure you leave feeling confident and happy. I always love how my hair turns out after an appointment with Courtney or Anna. I can't recommend them enough!

I loved Chriscia! She was so friendly and personable. Does an amazing job with hair and you can tell she’s an artist! Did exactly the style without hesitation. (Old fashioned) The reason I only have four stars was because I was truly disappointed with the facility. There were NOT enough products out for the stylists and one of the sinks, did not have WARM water to wash my hair. I could not move to another seat because they were all taken with other clients. It seems that management is lacking on ensuring the stylists are set up properly with the tools to be successful. If that doesn’t change and the stylists continue to shake out drops of shampoo because they weren’t provided enough for the day, I would not return.

I had some time to wander while waiting for my car at the shop. I decided to go into Dry Bar and have my hair done. This was such a great experience! Flavio was my stylist and did a FANTASTIC job. If you ever need your hair blown out, styled or in an updo, this is definitely the place to go. I love 90 minutes away and I will absolutely be making more trips to Dry Bar. Thank you Flavio!!

I’ve complained so many times on the survey that this salon sends me after my blowout but now I feel like I have to make a public statement. This salon is being neglected in so many ways. The stylist at this location are fantastic, but it feels like they are dropping like flies because there is no products, the sinks are disgusting and don’t drain. They constantly have to step away from doing people‘s hair to greet people who walk in because it’s in a busy location. I put in my surveys that I have constantly been struggling to make an appointment online because the app is not working and so I call and no one is there to answer my phone call to be able to schedule manually.
