0/10 would not recommend, and whatever you do definitely don’t get a membership!! My appointments were canceled multiple times during my membership, and even more so after I canceled my membership when I was trying to use my credits up. In fact, one time was on New Years Eve and they couldn’t get me in with any other stylist. That was fun having to get back in the shower and scramble to do my own hair for the night out. I was offered a scalp massage for my troubles. I hate scalp massages…but also, if I would’ve missed my appointment, they still would have charged me. Make it make sense! Furthermore, when I expressed concern that I wouldn’t be able to use my credits in the 90 day timeframe because of these cancellations, I was told a manager would call me because the girl on the phone wasn’

From the ‘bar’-tenders up front to the stylists, everyone was super welcoming and went above & beyond. I’ve got thick natural hair and not once did I feel out of place, which says a LOT. It was my first time at a Drybar and I’m obsessed. Jasmine did such a good job!! Only note: would love if they had bigger clips for us with more volume, but otherwise 10/10 ✨💛

My experience at the Melbourne location was so great, I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Chance did an amazing job on my blowout, my hair looked the best it ever has. He recommended great products and made the entire experience incredibly enjoyable. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back!

I have been to this location over a handful of times now, at first I was skeptical because I have very specific hair and it is extremely long and curly. After thoroughly explaining my hair texture, and my Expectations I was paired with a stylist. My go to girl is heaven, she is extremely personable, very kind And the ultimate hype woman. I can honestly say the stylist do a better blowout than most hair salons for a better price as well. I would highly recommend trying them out.

Brooklyn did an amazing job on my blowout! She used a round brush to achieve the look I was going for. I love that she didn’t have to use heat tools to create the style I wanted, so much healthier for my highlighted hair. She is a very skilled stylist! Brooklyn was friendly and professional! Great experience!
