Veronica’s great and now I only wanna go to her! I have thick curly hair and she always does an amazing job. The girls at the front desk are also very sweet

Today was my first time at this location and I’m so satisfied with the service I received. The front desk was sweet and so was Jenna who did my hair. She also did the most amazing job on my hair (better than any other Drybar I been to). We also got into cool conversations and I will definitely come back here

Love this place! My daughter's hair is otherworldly -- super THICK and long and curly (she's Ethiopian). It takes me 4 hours to wash, blowdry and style it. This place is a lifesaver. I like bringing her here when I need a break. The manager is great! I had a small issue on one occasion but when I returned to the salon to share my concerns she listened patiently and solved the problem right away. She even recommended a treatment option for eczema that I hadn't considered. Thank you Drybar Encino for your amazing service!!!

incapable of doing textured hair... if you have naturally curly hair do not even try to come to this location- the stylists are entirely incapable of getting your hair remotely straight... I've gone multiple times with multiple stylists and it seems they're trained on how to style straight or slightly wavy hair explicitly... everytime I've gotten a blowout here I have to go home and touch up the roots with my own straightener!!! after spending $75-85 !!!

horrible experience had christmas photoshoot you guys totally ruined it starting with mine then two girls couldn't even do my daughters hair unbelievable so disappointed HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. the lady that did mine completely LOST had no idea how to do a nice blowout. so disappointed.
