Drybar Coeur d'Alene

I had an extremely disappointing appointment today. I went into the salon for an updo and left with terrible hair and an experience that made me want to cry from frustration. The salon itself is incredibly nice, but the stylist I got seemed very unprofessional and unhappy to be at work. I showed her a few inspiration pictures acknowledging that my hair is mid-length and would likely look less full. She was not happy that I didn’t agree to a half up/half down look. She did not speak to me the entire service and worked extremely roughly and quickly. When she finished it was sloppily done, and looked nothing like what I asked for. I had to ask her to fix 3-4 things and she seemed incredibly irritated that I wasn’t satisfied with her finished product or her quick fixes. It’s been a couple hour

Olivia is absolutely the best at Drybar! She’s incredibly talented, kind, and so easy to talk to. I always enjoy my time with her — she makes every appointment such a great experience. Highly recommend her!

Taylor was so sweet! she made sure to discuss my exact desires for my hair and highlighted the techniques and products. we made some conversation while she was doing my hair which made the whole time fun! she did phenomenal!!

Wonderful experience at DryBar CDA for a professional brand shoot! My stylist (Taylor, I believe, beautiful red head) was patient with me while I explained what I wanted and how I thought would be the best way to style my hair would be. She politely but confidently explained that she had a technique that she thought would look great and deliver my desired result and, surprise surprise, she was right. I felt beautiful for my photos and all day afterwards. And on top of it she gave me the best hair wash/gentle scalp massage I’ve had in a long time. Thank you ladies for a relaxing morning! Can’t wait for next time 🤍🤍
