Drybar - Atherton Mill

I went to DryBar for the first time in Vegas earlier last year and my hair looked INCREDIBLE and lasted 3+ days. I came in and showed her photos and asked for slightly less curly, but still a lot of curl and bounce. When I got home, my hair was completely flat (and my hair typically holds curl VERY well). I submitted a complaint to DryBar…no response. So I went to their Instagram and sent a message, they responded once and said they would look into it, but I never heard back. Even after following up! This ruined DryBar for me forever and I will never go back, it’s int thing to have bad service, but another when you get bad customer service as well.

Oh I just love it here and I’m not sure what changed bc I bounce between here and the Southpark location . Firstly there was an issue where one of my benefits was lost the assist manager Aiesha got me in right away and took care of my blowout ! She was so sweet and helpful. Now who she put me with ugh Mackenzie is awesome great and dam good I have big mixed race curly hair and she knew exactly what to do ! “ Tension “ baby !!! My hair still feels so full bouncy and soft . I just loved my experience with them I will def be back !

I have curly hair and came by for a blowout a couple weeks ago and I had the last appointment of the day. Ashley was my stylist and OH MY GOD she was absolutely incredible. I have curly hair and get a lot of blow outs and I dont exaggerate when I say that this was THE BEST BLOWOUT IVE EVER GOTTEN! I couldn't select any one style and so she helped me achieve a mix of the Southern Comfort and the Straight up and WOW. The staff is also incredible, kind, and so warm. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

I come here once a week because the stylists and receptionist are simply wonderful—talented, friendly, and always making me feel cared for. It’s the highlight of my week and truly my time to relax. One of the special touches I look forward to is a mimosa, but I’ve been disappointed that champagne has so often been out over the past few months. At other Dry Bars this has never been an issue, and it takes away from the otherwise exceptional experience. I hope management ensures this perk is as reliable as the amazing team who make every visit so enjoyable.

I really enjoyed my appointment with Mark the other day. He was super nice and did a great job on my hair. I asked for the cosmo and loved my results.
