Dripping in inches

I found the shop staff to be unprofessional and inconsistent with practices. After following the posted protocols and sending in a deposit my appoint was rescheduled overnight, and then cancelled with zero notice as I sat in front of the salon. The technician Barbie refused to refund my initial deposit and suggested I contact the owner because it was her fault. Do not utilize this business, i was certainly robbed of $30.

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advanced with Braids by RoRo sent deposit money then she cancelled my appointment without notice. I reached out to here via text message and phone number she claims she busy and to text her but doesn’t answer text messages. I had an event I have to go but was not able to get my hair done. Very unprofessional and would not recommend this salon. And never got my deposit back as well.

This isn’t your typical salon, it’s really a “Beauty”palace! I’m very picky about who I let do my hair, but after seeing all the trained stylist I’d like to try them all 💞. Each stylist has something unique about them! Dripping In Inches….. Is undescribable, you’d have to go visit and get lost as I did in all the pampering you’ll receive. The style I asked for was cute, but my braider Pinky said I’m going to make it even cuter! I love 💕 it there and can’t wait to go back and get pampered 🥰

This place is amazing. The people there are very nice and the vibe of the room is cool I really do recommend going to this salon. And this is coming from a person who has been there.
