Driftwood Spa at Old Kinderhook

I’ve been to almost every spa in the lake area now and I love trying out the new ones. Driftwood at Kinderhook did not disappoint. I booked a facial and had some friends come along for other treatments. Parking was plenty and easy to find entrance just to the left of the Trophy Room restaurant entrance. We were greeted immediately and felt welcome upon arrival. We were taken to the locker room where there were restrooms, steam room and shower. The steam room is honestly the most effective and efficient steam room I’ve ever used. It is just a 1-2 person steam room but I actually prefer it that way. The close quarters made me feel like the steam was more contained thus making the most impact. I loved it! There’s also a shower directly next to the steam room for those who do steam then “ice”

I just left after experiencing the an amazing head spa massage with Jessica. I have loved the full body massages but this is my new favorite! I will be making this a monthly necessity! Plus it is great for your scalp!

Jessica was a wonderful masseuse! I traveled from out of town and would come back, she was that amazing.

This was my first time here. Once I found the place(kinda hard to find)I was invited in with warm welcomes and very pleasant people. The atmosphere was relaxing, very inviting. They are very clean and have a lot to offer. Jessica was phenomenal. She used the right amount of pressure increased when needed just all around made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Then the head spa was definitely something to experience. She knocked it out of the park there as well. 10/10
