Idania is just amazing. I followed her from a previous salon and I highly recommend her services. She listens to exactly what you want and brings the vision to life. She brought made my redhead dreams come true and is now helping me transition back to my natural color. I recently decided on bangs and that's always scary but she took my inspo pics and made it happen (so many compliments!). She also does men's cuts, my partner also sees her and has been for a while. I really can't recommend her enough. Love the Aveda salon and their products too!

On a whim… I walked into the Drew James salon today explaining what I would look like done.... Today was a me day ....and I had just gotten a full body massage and I was looking for something else out of the ordinary to continue my day. I asked for a trim & a blow out and some healthy hair tips ....as I recently took my hair out of some BoHo braids and felt I had done some damage. I was assigned a stylist by the name of Chelsea Who was sweet, kind, very knowledgeable, very pleasant, and had beautiful hair, and good energy. I was very happy with not only my hair do, but also the young lady that washed my hair ...she did a great job and was very pleasant as well… Even the water pressure Was great.... I intend to come back frequently to try to get my hair back to being healthy and growing lon

horrible service! i went in for highlights and got a totally different color from what i was looking to achieve aside from that they didn’t cover up any of my gray hairs, and went i went back to complaint pretty much they said nothing can be done and i can just buy one of those gray semi permanent cover ups and put it in my roots to cover the gray. so sad that these people weren’t able to help me and didn’t give me any options to help me but to do what i mentioned above. do not recommend this salon to anyone

An A+ salon experience. The staff is swift, calm and kind. Not only consistent but ever innovative. The new Ultimate blowout service is definitely a sign of that. There's an element of actual true beauty here that is rare. I've not experienced anything this good since my famous NYC stylist. Salon owner, Joey is our Florida style guy.

I'm going to try to be as nice as I can. I've been coming here the last couple of years and I have not had a bad experience up until now. I got a curly haircut in late December, and I specifically asked for a small trim, and to limit the amount of volume on the top. My hair was basically halfway down my back. So much of my hair was cut that I was shocked, it's barely touching my shoulders. It's been over a month now, and I have not been able to be happy with what's on my head. I look at pictures from before I came here and my hair has not looked good, no matter what style or technique I have tried. I liked my curly hair not having too much volume, and closer to my head. Now, I have extremely short layers, especially by my ears and it looks horrible. I cry basically every time I do my hair
