Your dude just completely Jacked my entire head up. He didn’t listen to an anything I said and did completely the opposite. Shave a widows peak, cut off all the length, did a short tight high fade with a part. I told him so specifically a low fade number 1, blended into the top and 3/4 in off, keep the length in the front, and lots of texture. What I got is a tight high fade, a cut in part, over 2inches off and something that looks like some military dude. I couldn’t even tell him how pissed off I was that he didn’t listen at all and now 6months of working on the length is out the window. I’m not a jerk, but honestly this dude did exactly the opposite of everything I asked and I couldn’t see what he was doing so just had to sit waiting and hoping. Todd absolutely nails it every time we see him. I brought in a 6 year old and he helped him pick out a design, was patient with him and did a great cut! Then there was my son under 2years old…again he was super patient and was able to complete the cut on a baby who wanted nothing to do with the clippers…or scissors, but he made it happen! All the other barbers were friendly and even though I could tell young kids isn’t the normal routine in there, no one snarked at us and we’re all very welcoming. Highly recommend!
