I’m very disappointed with my experience at this salon. I called ahead at 6:15 and I asked to come in around 6:30 for a gel manicure. I arrived around 6:30 and they started my nails, but the service felt rushed. My nails were already short, yet they were cut down even more. One nail was cut so far that it started bleeding, which has never happened to me at a nail salon. My finger is still sore days later. I was told that next time I should book an earlier appointment, even though the salon was not closing for another hour. The manicure took about 20 minutes and was not done well. I was charged $60, which feels very expensive for a rushed service, poor results, and being injured. I expected better care and professionalism.

Absolutely love this salon! Grace does my nails and she is truly the best. She’s so detailed, gentle, and always makes my nails look perfect. The salon is clean, relaxing, and everyone is so friendly. I always leave feeling pampered and happy. Highly recommend!

I've been coming here for years and each time the staff exceeds my expectations. Whenever I walk in, they are so welcoming, which makes me excited to be back. Grace is the specialist I see for my UV Gel manicures and she always does an incredible job! I always look forward to her manicures as she is meticulous, and gets the job done in a timely manner (within an hour, which is much faster than some other nail salons). When I get a pedicure, they have numerous options, but I tend to do the Shea Butter pedicure. It leaves my legs and feet feeling smooth and soft, plus it comes with a 10 minute leg/ foot massage. I have been coming here for years. I always felt the owner was rude, but I kept going because of Rachel. I have never in my life seen an owner scream at a person and tell them someone needed to be tipped. I had just given to two people and turned around to find the man who gave me a 10-minute massage. This is to a regular customer. This place gives you a gift card that is only good for 30 days. Really? So they give a gift and then take it back? Today, she yelled something to the woman doing my pedicure (which was not done well), and she jumped, and then I did. Nail polish fell and ruined my $200 pants because she had to tell someone having a pedicure to spray their hands. I could go on and on. Stay away. They aren't worth it.

Everyone here always does an excellent job with my nails!! I love getting pedicures- they are so thorough and massage my legs, use scrubs, coconut oil, hot stones. I get my eyebrows waxed here as well and love it. I drive 30+ minutes because I won’t go anywhere else! 10/10 recommend!!
