Only came in for a simple gel removal and had very low expectations but this was still disappointing. 😭 The technician was extremely rough and rushed, hurt me multiple times while cutting my nails shorter and removing my gel, and filed my nails way too thin. My nails are now brittle, cracking, and still painful the next day. Very unprofessional, gel removal is the simplest service and they can’t even do it properly. 😭😭On top of that, I was told $10 upfront and then charged double at the end with no communication. Would never recommend.

The first time I went for a gel manicure, my nails were 6 weeks grown out, and they did them very well (even perfectly). I paid $55 and was very satisfied. But when I went the second time (my nails were 5 weeks grown out), they charged me $65 and explained that if the nails are more than 3 weeks grown out, there is an additional fee. I don’t know what difference it makes whether the nails are 3 weeks, 5 weeks, or 6 weeks grown out, but they clearly run a very profitable business. They know how to make money. That was the last time I went there — and you guys keep in mind.

I've been going here for over a year. Sometimes the nail techs come and go, but the service level remains fairly consistent. The staff are friendly and they listen to what you ask for. The owner, Joanna, is very nice and she is always there - usually a sign of quality at a business!

Nicole did a great job with nails , got flip on nails and loved it! The details and everything for the design I wanted - she really nailed it!

This could be one of the best nail salons in Mercer county!!! Very, very clean. Friendly and patient staff. Their work is consistently good. Can't wait to go back for a pedi. A Caring staff, the owner treats everyone with kindness. She helped me get my nails back on track to healthy.
