Dream Nails Dundalk

I think I found my go to nail place! Wait wasn’t terrible especially for a Saturday during holiday season and I was a walk in. Hannah was AMAZING! They didn’t have the exact color that I wanted, but she went out of her way to find something as close as possible, and even though the color wasn’t an exact match, it’s still turned out super cute and gave me exactly what I wanted it for especially for someone who wanted an extension on their nails, but couldn’t get them to W. She did an amazing job 10/10

I got my nails done here multiple times and I have an issue everytime. One time my polish kept chipping like 3 days later with gel and they said my nail beds are too oily which I never heard of or had a problem with. Then I wanted 2 different basic styles that they said they can’t do. This last time I asked for like a tuxedo style French they guy kept doing it over and over and couldn’t get it right. Nobody stepped in to help him. The lady name Vicky that sits at seat 5 got smart with me and told me I just need to get my whole nail painted white. She gave me so much attitude and disrespect. Then he said he wasn’t charging me for the French on my nails they only took off 5 dollars. Soon as I left the shop the polish started peeling off. I will never go there ever again. They are disrespectf

I absolute love love Love the service they are super nice and friendly a lil $$ but worth the money [̲̅$̲̅(̲̅ιοο̲̅)̲̅$̲̅] I love this shop always so nice and extremely friendly always a great experience always a pleasure every time I come the staff is extremely helpful and extremely im so glad they are now reopened it is so beautiful 🤩 I want to send a very serious apology for the loss of one of their members. She was a very lovely very sweet person and she will be greatly missed.

Got my nails done for my upcoming wedding absolutely love showed a couple inspiration photos and told them what I liked and didn’t like they did absolutely amazing obsessed obsessed obsessed!

I would literally give this place a five star, but unfortunately, the experience that I dealt with today was uncalled for in very rude. When I first walked in. I was able to get my toes done, but unfortunately, when it was time to do my nails, the guy felt uncomfortable with doing my nails after I asked him is it something that he knows how to do he felt uncomfortable I asked, but if you feel uncomfortable, can you get someone else to do my nails so they decline my service altogether he proceeded to put nails on my finger, soak them off and everything I felt so uncomfortable. I would not recommending getting your nails done here because they are extremely rude. They don’t make the customer feel welcome at all. It was not a pleasant experience and it could’ve been avoided.
