DREAM NAILS

What a surprisingly delightful experience! I had an unexpected day off, so it was last-minute, but I got an appointment. I had a pedicure and then a manicure, both with gel polish. The gentleman who works there is a gem! He didn't talk much, but conveyed his wishes with a light tap. He was meticulous in his work, very gentle and thorough. After the polish, he buffed my feet smooth, exfoliated my feet and legs, and did a wonderful massage. The manicure was also a delight. I need to keep my nails short, and he didn't mind that I kept asking for a little more off. His work gentle, careful, meticulous and the massage was equally relaxing. He has a twinkle in his eye and seems to genuinely enjoy the work. The whole process lasted for 2 glorious hours, and I felt completely pampered. It cost

I had my pedicure all seem to be fine till I went up to pay. She said you owe $40 I said what your sign up there says 35 you need to change it and she said no you had your toenails clipped I said I always have them clipped in a pedicure and they were very rude that she started talking in a foreign language to her friends and laughing at me and I didn’t appreciate it. I don’t know that I’ll ever go back there because they were very rude and I paid the money and left. No tip!

I went for a pedi. Paid $55.00 plus a $10.00 tip. My nail polish fell off just less than 12 hours later. I went in to see if they could fix it and they told me they were too busy. They said they would call me to come in when they had an opening. So far, no call.

I sent my 17 year old daughter here for a basic Mani/Pedi Gel with French tips before her Senior pic appointment. They did a great job but when she returned with my credit card, I was shocked to see $90 + Tip!!! I would understand if she had gotten acrylics but $90 for a nail trim and some polish is obscene

I’m not one to usually write reviews but my experience here was awful. This was my first time here and I will not be going back. There was one worker in particular that was extremely rude and aggressive for no reason. I originally made my appointment to have both a manicure and pedicure done but within 5 minutes of walking in and being treated so rudely I decided to just do the pedicure and leave quickly. She got very nasty towards me because I changed my mind about doing the manicure. The woman I’m referencing above is the same one that did my nails. She rushed through them, I paid $35 for a basic pedicure and all she did was paint them and jam a sharp tool into my cuticles and under my nails.
