Dream Nails And Spa

I visited this salon on 8/12/2025 at 12:10 PM because I needed my nails done before traveling the next day. Unfortunately, the experience and results were very disappointing. The technician who "helped me" did not seem welcoming or professional, her attitude made me feel uncomfortable, like I wasn’t wanted there. About 30 minutes after, my husband came in asking for a pedicure. Instead of greeting him politely or offering him the option to wait, the technician simply said that someone had an appointment at 1PM. I understand if she couldn’t take him right away, but the way it was handled showed no effort in customer service. Nice cheap spot to get a basic manicure and pedicure. They do offer other services such as gel and waxing. It’s more of a lowkey place and is always quiet when I go in which I enjoy. The regular polish is just okay I haven’t had gel there yet just because the paint job I received both times was just decent. It could just be the regular polish. But it definitely beats me doing it myself and it’s okay for the price it matches. The workers are absolutely sweet and very friendly which is great in my Book. I would keep going back if I need the simple stuff just because it’s such a cute ambiance, the workers are friendly, and it’s cheaper than my usual place.

When I'm going to a new place for a pedicure my main thing is making sure they get under and around my toe nails as well as cutting any ingrown nails. Miriam lived up to what reviews say and was VERY detail oriented and I could tell she cares a lot about her clients experience and satisfaction. She made sure my needs were met with care. I would return and reccomend!! I still somehow have sry skin though but perhaps that's because I didn't choose a spa pedicure which I assum comes with callus removal. Otherwise I had a great time here!!! Very clean relaxing watercolor vibrant atmosphere with really comfy massage chairs.

first time coming here and they were so nice! she did an amazing job with my nails! she was gentle and detail oriented when it came to cleaning and painting my nails, which I loved! she also recreated them exactly as I envisioned them. I love them; short and cute! I definitely recommend this place!
