Yazmin is phenomenal! Not only are my nails always perfectly done with incredible attention to detail, but she consistently creates stunning nail art that always gets compliments. She's incredibly friendly, takes the time to really listen to what I want, and makes the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. I wouldn't go to anyone else for my nails!

Used their online portal to book an apt 10 days in advanced. I received an automated email saying they got my request and I would receive a confirmation shortly. After 5 days, a confirmation never came, so I tried contacting them. I reached out through the website, email, and two people on ig. It took days to finally get a response. When they did respond, they offered apts not listed on their website; apts that were after 7pm or the following week. When I was unable to accept their offers, they stopped responding. I had to ask again for confirmation that my org apt time (now the following day) wouldn't be honored, and instead of responding they just sent an email declining my apt. I wasnt going to leave a review, but they have now done a similar thing to my friend who was already an existi
