Great experience! I called a hour before I arrived, great representative that I spoke with on the phone. Once I arrived my bags of hair was at the counter. The owner was friendly which made me purchase MORE. Order consisted of (Pre Stretched Hair, 1B&27, Hair Bonnet, Hair Oil, Edge Comb). My total was $80-100.00. I wish I could give 0 stars! This place sales used lipglos, which is a health violation! I picked up my daughter some pink lipgloss from this store. We noticed that it was already opened with black stuff on the end of the stick! I called so I can get a new one, they told me all sales were final. Ridiculous! I literally just bought it 10 minutes before calling. I will NEVER be shopping at this location again and will be reporting to the Health department! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I have been here twice and both times my experience was not as pleasant as it could have been. I only came out of convenience. When I entered they were polite in speaking but that is where the politeness ended. They did not really want to help me but rather they watched me like a hawk. I feel as a customer who spent almost $200 the first time on wigs alone, they could have at least cut the lace off from all four of them instead of saying they will cut only one for free and the others ones at $5’s a piece with an attitude of irritation. I presumed that since it was my first time there that maybe I was reading too much into it. So I decided to give them another chance and upon my arrival today they were courteous as for speaking and helping with the wigs and I was happy until I realized the

I bought some hair from here yesterday. It has not been a whole 24hours. I noticed that the hair had a bad smell to it. So I opened the bag to smell it.I didn't even pull the hair out. The smell was so strong. I have been coming here for years. No exchanges at all. They just lost a customer. Every thing is high. 30.00 for some bad hair. That I can't even use. Please don't waste your money. And the black woman with the horrible attitude. Her attitude is as bad as the smell of the hair. DO NOT buy from this place. Bad business practices.

I’ve been coming here for years , unfortunately because it’s close but I won’t be coming back. For one they don’t exactly make you feel the most welcome. I went in there today and the lady at the register didn’t speak, didn’t ask if I needed help, just looked me up and down. However the security lady spoke, just to say take your hood off. Then they want to watch you like a hawk which is very annoying. So I put my basket back and walked out. Also, you can get the same products anywhere else cheaper.
