I’ve allowed her to retwist my locs several times, and each appointment typically involves the same services. What led me to finally feel fed up was what happened at my most recent appointment. While I was there, she told me she didn’t have enough time to complete the full service I had scheduled. I was disappointed but wanting to avoid conflict and just get through the appointment I didn’t push back. However, what truly pissed me off was when she called another client in front of me and told them she could now fit them into a time slot that I had already scheduled and paid for. That client even arrived at her home as she was finishing my hair. That level of disregard was extremely unprofessional. It felt disrespectful and demonstrated very poor customer service. IF I CAN GIVE 0 STARS I would but you have to put star at least to leave your review. I stopped going to her because she pulled out all my edges. Her styles are too tight. One time she pulled my dreads up in a style it was so tight 3 of my locks popped right out of my scalp from the root. I still have the bald spot. I was going to take her to court but I didn't want to go through all of that when I have to work. I would not recommend her to anyone. Those 5 star reviews are not real trust me.

Hands down, this lady is the BEST! I felt so welcomed when I walked in the door. I was treated like family, and the vibe was everything. I loved my experience there, and my hair looks amazing! She is the best! These negative comments should be removed because they are not true. I truly fell in love the moment I got there. The place looks amazing, and she is a very sweet person! She makes sure your hair is on point before you leave, and a lot of stylists don’t do that . People please stop lying on these reviews. From the moment we spoke on the phone up until my appointment, everything was perfect. I recommend anyone that is looking to get their hair done to this place!

Listen, when I tell you my confidence is boosted like 47 notches when I leave Dread Head Locks. My confidence is already sky high, but baby. When I tell you, you can’t tell me my hair ain’t fire for at least three weeks. When Diana do my hair it looks good until my next appointment. I love the private setting. It’s so relaxing not listening to a whole salon gossiping about all kinds of stuff. Her time management is GREAT, I’m always in and out. Thank you so freaking much for you great service and the fire dreads....... Oh I almost forgot I still get compliments on my locks three days before my NEXT appointment.

One of the nicest salons I've visited. I really love the shampoo area because the seat is like a chaise lounge which is super nice for me because I'm short. Also her salon chair has a very nice foot rest; again nice for the short person. The salon is nicely decorated and clean. Diana is very professional and personable. Easy to talk with, and really knows her craft. I got my starter locs and I love them. I have gotten so many compliments. Diana also gave me good information on what to expect and how to care for my hair until I come back for my next visit. I'm looking forward to rocking my locs as they grow.
