Charmaine started my locs almost 4 years ago when I lived in MS. Fast forward to now, I reside in Georgia & make the trip to MS faithfully because she’s one of the only people I trust with my hair. She’s professional, very thorough, & will have you in & out with the quickness. She’s never been late to any of my appointments & VERY AMAZING with communicating with her customers! When I arrive for my appointment I’m able to get straight into the chair. If I’m early, I’ll let her know I’m there & just wait in my car until it’s my time. I would & often do highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great loctician.

I decided to write this review, because I see several uncomplimentary reviews. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but this was not my experience AT ALL. She takes the time to assess your situation and then give recommendations, which is probably why she offers consultations. I found her to be very upfront about what she could and could not accomplish and what I could expect with my hair. I found that she delivers exactly what she says she will. (That may not be exactly what I had in mind at the time, but it's the honesty for me.) I am missing edges around the front. I am self conscious about it, but I also realize that she can't make hair grow out of closed follicles. She is fast but thorough. A Dreaded Handz experience is very relaxed in a chill environment. She is very professional and very knowledgeable of her skills. Her products are very good as well. I have personally used the mist and oil. I highly recommend them!! I have been going to her for almost 2 years and she have helped me keep my locs healthy!!
