I’m very disappointed with my experience. The nail technician with the blonde bob hairstyle did my nails and it did not seem like she knew what she was doing. When I tried to communicate my concerns to her, she walked away while I was still speaking. She was not attentive or professional. What made it worse was the front desk staff. The man at the front desk did not attempt to address the situation, speak to her, or offer to fix the issue. There was no effort to resolve the problem or ensure customer satisfaction. I paid for a service and expected basic professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, I did not receive either. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves how customers are treated.

My first experience with Tommy was not good at all, but I decided to give the salon another try and booked an appointment with Vivian and I’m so glad I did. Vivian is amazing and incredibly talented. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she recreated it perfectly. She was gentle, didn’t burn my nail beds, took her time, and kept great conversation. She was also very sweet and patient with my 6 year old daughter, who got her nails done as well. I’m very pleased with the service, the quality of the work, and Vivian’s professionalism. I will definitely be returning to her from now on.

i wanted to give this place a shot so i did, i’ve heard good things about them, the nails came out sloppy, shaping was done terrible, fibers in the gel polish, terrible design job, he cut my cuticle and it’s still hurts and bleeding occasionally, the guy at the front desk was very nice. that’s honestly the only good thing about this place. and worst of all my finger nails HURT. i can touch my nail without it hurting and that’s never happened before 85 dollars plus a 20 dollar tip wasted.
