I have had my nails done every two weeks for years. First visit with Myranda was last week. I am so impressed with the detail and time she spent making them look perfect. I even set up my next appointment before I left. I would highly recommend Dr Flys Salon and especially Myranda

Let me preface this by saying my service provider, Maggie, was sweet as could be, light handed, and professional. My space was calm, and she seemed to notice my desire for quiet. My issues weren’t with her, rather the execution of my service. I went in today after having scheduled an appointment for an eyebrow shape. Now, there are two options on the website, basic eyebrow wax, and eyebrow shaping. I selected eyebrow shaping, because I only get them done once a year, and maintain myself the remainder of the time. I assumed based on the description That more shaping would have been done. I struggle to speak up for myself, so I did call out the hairs at the top of my brow when she was finished not being sharp enough of a line for me. She fixed that with no issue. I’ve gone here to get my hair done by Ashleigh a couple times and I’ve always loved it! This is the third time I’ve gone to her to get my hair done. I was indecisive about what I wanted so we decided to just give it a trim. When I got home it didn’t look exactly how I wanted, so she gave me an appointment a couple days later free of charge! She’s extremely kind and passionate about what she does, makes sure you get exactly what you want, and is incredibly understanding. Everyone there is super nice and helpful too. Love Dr. Flys! ✂️🪮✨

Booked a consultation appointment for extensions, knowing i had short hair and knowing how it would look. I was told that I should let it grow out but that they would still do them if i wanted them. Stayed for an hour while they went over paperwork, had me sign forms, went over care of the extensions, maintenance, etc etc... and they charged me the $200+ deposit for them and said they ordered them. Just for the owner to tell me a few days later that they won't do them and are going to refund me.. why not just say no to begin with and let me keep my money/not get my hopes up? I was so excited to do these for my birthday, especially after being assured that I could infact have them done even if it wouldnt be perfect.
