Horrible! I asked for the picture on the left and this was the result! You tell me. And it’s a hair store with chairs in the back of the store where they braid your hair! And she still made me pay full price! Don’t waste your money!

I called at the last minute on Labor Day '23. They were kind enough to give me an appointment for 2:30p. I wanted a simple braided 'cap'. My natural hair in preparation for a sew install. I waited 45 minutes. A young woman stopped doing single braids to start my hair because the person who was supposed to didn't show up. She was rushing and kept causing breakage. When I'd comment she'd apologize but do it again. I was pretty upset because I'm trying to get my hair to grow. It took 25 minutes. They charged me $40. I made inquiries at other shops. $20/hr. So, I was charged double. I didn't leave a tip. I consider the extra $20 gratuity and last minute sur charge. The young lady and others were nice. Just not really considerate of client's needs. I go here often enough and it seems like they just make the prices up I paid $150 for large-extra large knotless braids and went back to get the same style except knotted and still charged the same price. If they aren’t making money that day they will charge you whatever they want. I will be going elsewhere from now on!! As many people I have referred to this place, I will be referring them elsewhere moving forward!

Daughter had 7 am appointment we were on time . Braider had someone else in chair that had just began their service. Was told that my daughter was next in about an hour. Owner tried calling other braider who didn’t answer phones. Very unprofessional and a waste of time. Do yourself a favor and book with a business who cares about your time. I do not recommend!

I asked the business owner to do my hair. I showed the business owner the style and asked her to use human hair. She told me the cost would be $170.00. She decided to use kanekalon hair, which is not human hair. I could not see what she was doing until the hair style was almost finished. At that point I showed her the picture again and she insisted I would like the hairstyle she opted to give me instead. Her hairstyle was not what I asked for, nor did she use the human hair I assumed I was paying for. She then opted to try to fix it and began to crochet in human hair to the kanekalon hair.
