Loved my experience with Paige at Downtown Smooth Spa. She has s so knowledgeable and knows what you need if you are unsure like me. It was so relaxing and I could tell a huge difference when I left. Can’t wait until my next appointment! They make you feel right at home when you get there!

Absolutely loved my Luxe Custom Facial! I booked it while in Knoxville for a conference, and it turned out to be the perfect treat. The whole experience was relaxing and tailored to my skin, but the Gua Sha was the standout — absolutely amazing. It felt incredibly soothing and lifted, and my face looked noticeably refreshed afterward. The therapist, Emily was kind, skilled, and attentive, and the shoulder/scalp massage was a lovely bonus. I left glowing and deeply relaxed. Totally worth it!
