Downtown Craze Salon

I’ve been a loyal customer of Downtown Craze Salon for many years, and I can’t say enough great things about them. Capri, the owner, is absolutely amazing—her talent, attention to detail, and passion for her work shine through in every appointment. She has an incredible way of understanding exactly what I want and I always leave feeling like brand new person. :) Thank you, Capri, and the team at Downtown Craze, for consistently delivering such amazing service.

I recently went here for a cut/color and while the ladies all seem great, the place is pretty dirty and dated. The waiting area is 2 old couches that are very uncomfortable to sit and wait on. A bit crowded when there are multiple people waiting. There is a really nice display with a lot of nice products but it is covered in a thick layer of dust. I don't think the sink/wash area has been cleaned in some time and the office/break area is stacked with "stuff" and just not clean looking. I would love to continue to come here and get my hair done but I just don't think it's too sanitary. Madison H

If there was an option to give a negative star rating that's what I would give. I went here and paid $190 to have my have colored only to find out toner was forgotten to be used in my hair and messed my hair up. I would not recommend any women going here to get their hair done. I would highly recommend if you want your hair done right go to tangles and ask for Dawn.

I went in yesterday and got a haircut from Madison. I showed her pictures of what I wanted , told her I like it longer, and didn’t want it shaved and although it wasn’t at all what I wanted (I think I was in shock) after I left, when I got in the car I realized how awful it really looked. It was nothing at all like the pictures I showed her and it is way too short and the back is shaved all the way up. I have never cried over a haircut but I cried over this haircut for several hours. Madison was very sweet and I enjoyed talking to her very much, but this is the absolute worst haircut I've ever gotten. Most of my hair is gone, it's very uneven in the back and there are weird chunks on both sides, and now I'm stuck with a horrible haircut for the holidays. I had to go to another stylist at a

I have been here 2x now with Capri doing my haircuts and eyebrow waxing. She is very welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. I have been very pleased both times and I look forward to being a new regular client of hers! Give her a call!
