I've been seeing Kelly, owner of Downtime for over 20 years, and she is nothing short of amazing! Not only does she continually educate herself on the latest techniques and therapies, she truly engages with her clients, making them feel seen, heard and respected. The spa is a sanctuary unlike anything else in the region. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment. You will not be disappointed.

Joann did an amazing job as usual. Just a trim, but she knows what i like and always remembers! Her knowledge of products is vast, and she has great recommendations that fit my needs.

I have been going to Downtime Salon and Spa for about a year now! I have had a great experience. All the staff were and continues to be friendly and supportive. I have the massage therapist Anna who really cares deeply for her clients and always makes sure your okay and all your needs have been met. I have also had my hair done 4 times and have enjoyed the experience/end results 75% of the time. It is my hope to return to the spa as it is further away from my place of residence.
