Patty quickly scheduled me an appointment within the week. Very sweet and professional woman and I loved my new hair!!! The salon itself is very cozy and well decorated with comfy couches to sit on. Clean, well stocked bathroom. Would recommend this salon to everyone.

Since I love up here 9 years ago every place I went to butchered my hair. I have long thick curly hair. Patty is awesome!! Finally found a great hair stylist. She is so sweet and caring and does a great job. I'd recommend her to anyone.

BEWARE. Patty, the owner of the salon, burnt my scalp so I now have a bald spot, gave me a muted brown color when I specifically asked for my virgin hair to be blonde (as the ends are blonde) and “trimmed” 6 inches off without me knowing. When I called to complain about the burn she tried accusing me of lying and saying she had “witnesses” and that my hair was like that when I came in. Girl, my scalp was not all bloody and matted with scalp excrements from a bleach burn when I came in, as Patty did this to me. She also couldn’t remember what day it was that I came in and seemed extremely confused about what was going on. However she did accuse me of lying about her shoddy work and burning my scalp. I now don’t trust ANYONE to do my hair after this experience. The absolute worst by someone

Carolina is wonderful! She has been styling and coloring my hair for years! She always makes me look younger and more beautiful when I leave the salon than when I arrived every visit!
