DOWN TOWN NAILS AND SPA

I have been a client of almost 9 years. When I say they make you feel like family I am not joking. They always make you feel at home, and are always above the bar about being sanitary. They take the time that other shops would never even think to take. You can walk in and be greeted with nothing but kindness. They will work around your schedule. I send all family and friends to this salon because they are the best. They have made my family feel so comfortable every time I have an appointment. Trin is truly an angel that can work miracles on any type of nails.

It was definitely not a good one! Had an appointment at 5:15 sat there while they did the flooring. Didn't explain. She'll be right with you. There's only one worker. Who was on the phone constantly while doing the one girls and then my nails? She barely said hello to me! Talked and talked and talked and talked and talked and talked on the phone! Gave them the number of the red that I wanted. It was raspberry then she tried in another color and it wasn't red and then finally she tried the 3rd and it was red. I said here's the number. It doesn't match up. She said it must have changed! And Tilly stopped to watch TV as she was putting lotion on my hand! Then I went to pay and they tried charging me extra for shaping which she did not do. I came in there with nails, almond shape and long. The

I go to Down Town Nails every 2 weeks, without fail!! The service is always wonderful. All the technicians are friendly and helpful. The salon is clean and newly updated. I always leave very happy with my nails…both fingers and toes! A great business in Clayton!
