Rude employees over the phone and in person!!!! They don't care and treat people terrible 0 stars I'll take my business elsewhere I've seen them disrespect people waiting for a haircut

Great barbershop. Family atmosphere. All the lady barbers are great, I especially enjoy having my cut by Lupita. She listens to exactly what you want and takes her time making sure you get it. The prices are good and the place is clean! I have been visiting Douglas barbershop since their location on Thomas. 10+ years

Took my son here to get a haircut and the barber Rosario was extremely rude from the minute we walked in. She had a bad attitude and looked like she didn’t want to be bothered with questions. Then we asked her about extra hair we found on my son’s head and she replied with ( Do you want to do it ) and was just very rude. Never will come back here the service was terrible thanks to Rosario.

Douglas is a great place to get a haircut. It's very clean, fast cut, looks well, and the waiting time isnt long. This is Douglas new shop. He has a lot of experience around the valley cutting hair. Veronica cuts hair well also, she also has many years experience. The best part of this barbershop is they sell the Johnny B hair gel without the pumps. This means you get more gel for your money. (The pumps easily remove at least 10% of the gel in the bottle). Overall this is a great barbershop and definitely worth the visit. Don't forget to leave a nice tip.

I have been getting haircuts at Douglas for almost 20years and at 3locations and have yet to ever walk out of there dissatisfied. I'm not overly concerned with my looks but I know when I leave there I feel better and look better than i did when I walked in. The staff and Douglas are always friendly and will stop and acknowledge people even when they are really busy to comment on friends and family. Although staff and clientele is primarily Hispanic I have never felt or been treated differently from anybody else who comes there and to me that is the secret to having a successful business and their longetivitty attests to that. Recent price increases are way overdue as they kept their rates at a minimum for many years but now, like everybody else, are facing much higher costs for everyday li
