If I could give Dr. Doroba and his team 10 stars, I definitely would! The entire staff is so pleasant and welcoming. Kiki is friendly both over the phone and in person. I called yesterday and she was able to schedule me for today, February 25th, for a molar extraction and implant consultation — which I really appreciated. Erika is so down-to-earth and easy to talk to. I told her I was very nervous, and she immediately helped put me at ease. She even offered nitrous oxide to help calm my anxiety. When Dr. Doroba came in, he was just as laid-back and friendly. He introduced himself, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable. The front desk ladies were SO nice and reassuring about all my fears walking into dental surgery, responsive, helped with my insurance stuff and overall so nice. Joe in the back is a future dentistry standout—professional, attentive, and charming enough to make anyone look forward to their appointment and then doctor D who was SO PROFESSIONAL but also for the people and got straight into answering any questions, giving clear explanation of what he was doing in real time to ease my fear and still carries a pager bc his patients are important haaahaha, a practice who is fully patient centered I hope to never return bc the nature of the visit but 10/10 experience. Dr. Doroba is an exceptional oral surgeon. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease thanks to the amazing team. The two women at the front desk were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind—they made the check-in and check-out process smooth and comforting. Erika, the dental assistant in the back, was fantastic—organized, attentive, and on top of everything throughout my procedure. Dr. Doroba himself is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and patient. He took the time to walk me through every step of my wisdom teeth removal, which completely eased my anxiety. First impression, friendly with a calm atmosphere. Kiki was polite and helpful upon arrival. The office was immaculate. I was anxious about the extraction I needed. I was greeted by nurse Erika who was friendly and compassionate putting my fears to rest. Dr. Doroba was caring, down to earth, professional and courteous - he has a great personality! He had a calming effect allowing for a stress-free experience. I was especially comforted by Erika who held my hand during the procedure. Remarkably, I did not feel ANY pain with the injections or the rest of the procedure. All of my questions were answered and aftercare instructions were clear.
