I spent $80 on these nails and I am very disappointed. First thing that happened was when the nail tech was drilling my nails she cut my skin and it started bleeding (included in picture on my pinky, dried blood). Then, when I showed the design I wanted (last picture) she could not do it correctly so I said that’s okay we can do something different. She draws snowflakes on my nails and one didn’t look good so she drilled it off and re-did it and now my nail is so thick. I was here for 2 hours and had to return to work right after so I didn’t know what to do. There is also polish on the underside of my nails. $80 is a lot in this economy and to not be happy with my nails is so frustrating.

Came in for a mani and pedi for me and my daughter and we had the most horrible job done. I mentioned to him that my nails were messy and he told me it looks fine. Also, he tried to blame me that my nail looks like this because I touched the lamp. I paid $130 for our nails to look like this and I’m incredibly upset and was embarrassed of my nails all weekend. I ended up going to another salon for them to take off the gel. I do not recommend coming here for your nail needs.

Edited to add:They’ve commented they were probably busy, THEY WEREN'T. CLEARLY THEY DONT READ THE REVIEWS. Literally no stars. I went in because my nails were only a FEW DAYS OLD and looked like this. They looked like they were cracking. They weren’t but I guess maybe they didn’t do enough coats of the dip? When I went in I was pestered about who did my nails as if I was lying that I had them done there. One by one every employee in there came to look at my nails and acted clueless. I’m going off body language because no one spoke to me while looking. Then, I’m sat down like a massive inconvenience, god forbid you want quality when you spend good money at an establishment like this. Ivy did an incredible job on my nails. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she made it happen. She took her time and made sure they were perfect. Will definitely return for future manicures! Highly recommend!

Everyone here is so sweet! Timmy does an amazing job and gets my nails perfect every time!! They are very clean and organized at their stations 10/10 would recommend to everyone who lives in the area.
