She’s a very nice woman as a person but not vigilant in her work at all. I came in for a perm that had gone very wrong due to miscommunication (she thought I meant one thing when I meant another so for your sake bring a specific picture of exactly what you want and don’t bring her any new aged styles) but what was not miscommunication was the following: she didn’t ask where I part my hair therefore when she was trimming she assumed that I keep my bangs across my forehead and cut them evenly rather than to the side and stacked where I’ve had it for years!! She decided to wait until after the perm to do the trimming which is fine but then she counteracted the trimming by combining my hair from top to bottom with a pick rapidly. For those that don’t know, the LAST thing you do with newly perm
