Dominique deserved 10 stars. From the first conversation with her she was very polite and understanding. I texted her 3 days Straight before my appointment with questions. She was very polite , personable and prompt when responding. The vibes were amazing upon meeting her . She really loves what she does and takes her time . She informs you every step of the way . Her work was absolutely AMAZING ! I literally do not have one complaint . I received a wash , deep condition, silk press , dye , and curl. She got me in soon as I spoke to her and turned my dream into reality . I will forever be a loyal customer .

Dominique is wonderful! Not only did he slay my hair but she made the environment super welcoming and comfortable, especially during all this covid stuff that’s really appreciated! Went to Dominique to get Senegalese Twists. She is very nice but her work for these twists was awful. I had one twist fall out after a day. There were also several twists starting to slip out from the root. She did not secure the twists properly. The twists were also not very neat. I have been getting braids for almost 15 years and have never had an experience like this one. She offered to correct the problems. She redid my hair because it was clear that the twists would not hold through the week. She redid my head and I thought the style would hold at the root. However, the twists started unraveling from the bottom and middle. I had to go through my head and figure out how to redo my hair.
