Love this place. I came here once when I was younger and decided to come back. They open at 8am everyday which is amazing. I use my own shampoo and conditioner. They gave the much need pressure and scrub on my scalp even though I’m very tender headed. Best place to be when you need a good blowout. I recommend to everyone.

They used to be good the customer service is horrible this my 2nd time just walking out after sitting there for 30 mins no greeting or asked what services are needed lack of communication and last time I went they charged me extra for my own deep conditioning because the owner said it cost to sit under dryer for 5 mins As a business owner I believe in complaining to the business before coming here to do so but they just honestly fell off Pooda is my favorite I know her from another spot but the shop itself nope

I've been going here FOR YEARS! ONE OF THESE B****** PUT SOMETHING IN MY HAIR AND NOW I HAVE BALD SPOTS EVERYWHERE! I can't believe this has happened to me! I can't stop crying. I almost have NO HAIR! I look like I've been in Chemotherapy!!!!!!!! I have natural curly hair! Now my hair is STRAIGHT! I'M ABOUT TO LOSE MY MIND!

If I can give this salon -5 stars I would ! The completely damaged my 12 year old daughters 4c virgin hair by putting some kind of chemical In their shampoo and conditioners ! I washed my daughter’s hair and it smelled just like a relaxer and her hair texture is totally different ! Much thinner and breaking off ! When we confronted the shop they claimed it to be heat damage and denied putting anything inside their products. Please please please do not go to this shop if you love your natural hair !! They do not know how to handle thicker hair and very unprofessional. I will be reporting them .

I came on a Monday and the wait wasn't long at all. My stylist washed, deep conditioned and put in semi permanent dye on my 4c natural hair as well as roller set and blowout for only $50. I would definitely be going back when I need such TLC on my 4c natural hair.
