I went there because I wanted to get a Dominican blow out, but I was nervous because of some of the bad reviews. But I think those people were lying. The owner and the lady’s there were very nice and this is gonna be my go to place when I need my hair done 10/10 recommend.( ps. The price depends on how long your hair is.)

I have been coming to Juana since I was 10 years old! She has always done an amazing job on my hair and it was so amazing when I brought my daughter to get her first blow out by Juana.

I had a terrible experience here. I should have left when a customer's products was conveniently in Fatima's drawer as she was looking for it. Fortunately for her she was persistent enough to get her product returned. The services was terrible, I was soaked by Juana while she washed my hair and she insisted that I wasn't wet because it was to hot to be wet? I went in for a chemical service and a small rag was placed on my neck no cape, nothing. My scalp and ears were not protected before service and she was extremely rough with my hair. Fatima may be best suited grooming dogs based on her unprofessional behavior. After all of that a section of my hair is underprocessed. If you expect great customer services for a paid service this is not the place for you if you care about your hair or how
