Customer service great Result of my hair service amazing! However once the silk press wore off my hair never got back curly I’m African American so my hair gets nappy coily however after 3 visits my hair got thinned out and only the roots of the new growth was curly… I eventually ended up cutting all my hair off so if your black think twice because it had to be perm in the shampoo or conditioner my hair would not get curly anymore I was so depressed about thankfully my hair is growing back healthy but no one hasn’t touched my hair since no trimmed ends or anything this place traumatized me.

If you just need your hair blow dried straight the place is good for that. DO NOT get a hair cut here. I asked for a trim and she chopped like 2 inches off. Then she offered to do layers and completely butchered my hair. Its totally un even and not blended. The whole time she was rushing and didnt seem to care to make sure the haircut was right. Never again!
