I am never coming to this establishment ever again. Upon walking in the lady was extremely rude as if she did not want to do my hair. I was told that I HAVE to get rollers. All I wanted was a simple wash and blowdry. She very rough when washing my hair, soap all over my cheek and I was overall uncomfortable. The blowdrying process was not any better. And the rollers were unnecessary heat that could’ve been avoided. 0/10 do not come to this place and let them play in your hair.

Asked for tracks sew in, I was charged $90 for 2 tracks which was fine… taking out my hair a month later I find out they micro linked the extensions to my natural hair and now my hair is coming out in clumps. Great job 👏🏾 Thanks a lot!!!

Worst Dominican shop I’ve ever been to. I walked in and was immediately greeted with attitude. The woman asked, ‘What do you want?’ like she didn’t want me there at all. It was rude, unprofessional, and made me feel completely unwelcome. I SHOULD’VE CURSED HER OUT. I don’t understand how this place stays in business !!! PLEASE DON’T COME HERE !

So disappointed with my last service here. I made an appointment for a color, wash and set on the website. The price stated it would be $85.00 and up, which is a problem because you can say anything right- $500.00 etc. I have short hair and have never in my life paid $385.00 for what I received, so I was shocked when the owner who was even there, mentioned the final price. I ended up asking for a trim but still do not understand why I was charged over $300.00. No flat iron, no full blow dry- just the roots and pin curled. When I explained to the owner what I wanted, she never responded with the price and breakdown of the price of services. There was a clear misunderstanding and unfortunately the person doing my hair did not speak English. I will never return here again after that because I

Rude service and place to continue to come. This isn’t the first time I have experienced Nelly (owner) yelling and overprice for cheap products used. This place has burned my hair and the same service overcharge I have still paid and return. I will never return here again and I would never recommend this place even after seeing the horrible service over and over again.
