Extremely rude, maybe it’s the language barrier but the person that picked up the phone hung up on me instead of trying to understand what I was looking for. Very disappointing. I will look for another salon to give my money to. Terrible.

This is the worst hair salon on Long Island. These people are thief’s. We came here with hair washed. All we needed was a blow dry and trim- the cost was $80! I asked the woman with the king wig in the picture of this salon online how much would it be and she told me it would be more if the person had longer hair. The hair was shorter than shoulder length. She charged us $60 to blow dry and $20 for a trim that was not even trimmed correctly. These people give Dominicans on Long Island a bad name especially with the bs that natural hair costs more. Mind you, don’t most Dominicans have natural hair? I know she had natural hair under that wig. If you’re a melanated Queen with natural hair- do not go here! Take the trip to Queens or anywhere in the boroughs and get your wash and set there. Thi

Went to do my nails on Saturday. Very happy and pleased. Lala Did My Love when she does them she did a good job. All the coworkers are very nice pleasant and very patient with me. The supervisor went all out appreciate him and everyone like to tell him. Thank you again.🎊🎊❤️ 100%🙏🏽

Bee looking for good Donenican hair salon and after over 10yrs found one. LUV LUV the results. Im 2 wks & 2 days overduevfor wash & sent & hair is still flowing & soft. Carla & stafe are awesome. Making appointment tomorrow. 😌

I love coming here to get my hair done cause I know it will be done the way I want!!! I have been going to Elsa for over 15 years and she has done my hair from my sweet Sixteen to my wedding!! I will never go to anyone else unless I move to another state!!! Take that to the bank cause Elsa is one of the best hairdressers for curly hair I've ever had in my life and I had a few!!So come here and get your hair done by a real professional!!!
