This place is truly incredible. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they care about every detail. They even use ear coverings so your ears don’t get burned — it’s the little things like that that make such a big difference. Ara, the hair washer, has literal magic hands. The shampoo experience alone will transport you straight to heaven — pure relaxation. Stephanie and the entire team of ladies are genuinely sweet, thoughtful, and attentive. You never feel rushed, overlooked, or like “just another client.” The energy is warm, welcoming, and professional all at once. The eyebrow wax was perfection — she took her time, was incredibly gentle, and truly spoiled me. No rushing, no pain, just care and precision. I came here a few times and they did an okay job. But the last time I went, I just came in for a simple trim and bangs and the owner’s sister, who did it really messed my hair up. Not only was her back facing towards the mirror when cutting my bangs, but she didn’t even ask me how much of my bangs I wanted to cut off and ended up having really short bangs. I didn’t even really want it yet have failed to communicate and tried to make it seem like that’s what it should look like which is why I am giving them 1 star. Also, not sure how I paid $75 for a trim when I still have split ends and she took off literally nothing. It was more like a dusting and now I wonder if they are even licensed after seeing the way they do basic services such as cutting hair. Update—— I had a friend of the family

this place recently gave me a hair botox treatment. i came in wanting a keratin and they talked me into the botox because it was a less harsh treatment. the botox caused severe inflammation and scabbing on my scalp and i have now lost 25% of my hair. it has been a nightmare to say the least.
