I would not recommend because of one of the experiences I had at the location, the regular shampoo person that they have speaks little to no English, although she was unaware that I understood Spanish. Because we did not verbally communicate while she was washing my hair to begin with. While washing my hair, she was aggressive with the way that she would move my head and also at one point, pulling the gown from behind me But not communicating with me verbally at all she then became frustrated and called me stupid in Spanish, although she didn’t know that I understood exactly what she was saying. At that point, I had to address her verbally about her behavior. The manager, then intervened and said oh no, she was not talking to you, even though I know for a fact that she was it was obvious.

Press was decent I guess. Better salons out there, wouldn’t come again. Lady was rude and aggressive with the wash, burned the hell out of my scalp when she blowdried. Had to sit under the dryer for over an hr, never had to do that at any other salon. No reason why I was there for almost 3 hrs when I was the only person there when I came in. Not worth the money.

The lady that washed my hair was too rough , hair was left dry and brittle smelling burnt style was ugly middle part was not even attempted to be made straight. Very disappointed. Never coming back.

Do not use your debit card to pay for your hairstyle, use your credit card or cash. I'm glad I used my credit card. The person behind the counter put my card in the machine and manually put in the amount, I didn't see the amount she put in when I asked for a receipt she told me that the machine was broken and couldn't give me a receipt. I checked my online account and noticed she had over-billed me by over $30. I immediately filed a fraud report with my bank, I was pissed. My bank told me not to go back to the salon and to let them handle it. I was fully reimbursed for the full amount that went over the cost of the agreed hairstyle.

I visited the salon on Friday 11/21 it was the worst experience ever. The fair skin lady with the bad attitude burnt me several times and she was extremely rough. I told her more than once to not be so rough, she washed my hair like she was washing dishes. Everything about my experience yesterday left a bad taste in my mouth. If I could leave zero stars I would.
