Rude, unprofessional, inhumane, probably unlicensed. This is second time I’m going there for a silk press and I took my daughter twice here too. Well today I decided to go get a silk press . I washed my hair few days ago and was wore my hair in an Afro style then yesterday I had to brush my hair out to get it in a ponytail so I can throw on a wig. Today the person who was washing my hair, washed it like they were trying to de-scalp me. My hair isn’t that dirty, I washed it few days ago. I noticed when she was detangling my hair, it hurts a lot. After a while I decided to feel my hair , all I felt was 2 big hair balls. My hair matted in balls on one side of my head. Visited here for the first time almost 2 weeks ago. The lady who did my hair was nice and friendly. I showed her a picture and she delivered. I really don’t love to come to the salon cause it feels like forever but for some reason I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. She really did a good job and the hair was shiny and almost intact for almost 6 days. If you prefer a quieter salon, like a spa kinda thing this is not your place. This is a Dominican salon, it’s loud, it’s nonstop yelling and laughing, loud music and food and coffee everywhere. The place was very clean and it’s not freezing like almost every salon. The prices are also reasonable. I can see myself coming back and not worrying about the results. I feel extremely bad because I didn’t tip my girl, it was my birthday a

I come here all the time and I am never disappointed. It’s this one woman who I always get and she is really good. However, they do need to change their hours on the website. now normally I always come either Friday or Saturday but I came Monday because I was off. I walk up and they were not open yet. I arrived around 8am and their website also shows 8am. I saw that some of the workers were in there but they were deep cleaning. so I called & asked what were their hours and they told me 9am. so I was a little annoyed but I stood their and patiently waited for them to open until one of them told me to come through the back and sit inside. My go to ! I dyed my hair here after having it dyed with box dye and Lizbeth was very informative. She told me what I needed to do considering I had black hair dye in my hair , so we went with highlights and I couldn't be happier !! They came out beautifully and well done Thank you soo much Definitely recommend
