Wendy is amazing. Our first experience was a positive one. Before the appointment she let us know how much everything would be. My daughters hair is long and thick and we often have surprise fees due to that...but Wendy was very upfront and informative throughout the whole process. She was kind, helpful and had no issues with answering questions from a mom who has NO idea about hair lol. It was my daughter's first silk press and it was beautiful. She did recommend a trim and she was transparent with how much needed vs how much she'd do this time, and we will continue to take care of her hair.
