I was actually trying to find a salon after experiencing an AMAZING Dominican blowout in Turks and Caicos at a Dominican salon there… and wow, I’m SO glad I found Glow. From the moment you walk in, the salon is clean, bright, welcoming, and super convenient. The ladies are incredibly kind and make you feel right at home. And the wash?! They wash your hair SO good 😮‍💨 — like next-level. My hair came out like GLASS ✨ smooth, silky, shiny, and healthy. Dominican blowout perfection. After taking my braids out and DETANGLING my hair I decided I couldn’t do anything else to my hair. I looked up a silk press shop that take walk in’s and found this salon. WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Jaha was the one who did my hair and I LOVED it. After talking to her and having conversation while she was styling me I learned she’s the owner. She’s absolutely beautiful inside and out. Do not Recommend! Drove 40 minutes to come to this salon at 10:30am excited to get my hair done only to be turned around. I was told I have to wash my hair first then they can provide a wash and blowout service. Never heard of that but okay. Update: in response to their response. It does not state in the policy or booking confirmation anything regarding protective styles as their claiming. The fact of the matter is the salon prejudged my hair texture and automatically assumed it was going to get matted during service. I went to another salon shortly after and was serviced with no issue, my hair did not get “matted” as this salon thought.

Be Cautious!! They left me under the dryer for over an hour causing a large burn to my head 01/29/26. I’ve tried to reach out several times with no response. Really liked the results but my birthday was ruined due to my head banging and not being able to brush my hair on one side due to a large scab and bald spot.
