My experience always has been great. Just tell them what you hair needs, blowout, haircut, perm, hair color, and don't forget price. I get a good wash, hair treatment, dryer and flat iron. My hair comes out beautiful.

Pamela did a great job with my hair. I love it so much I will definitely go back! They were very nice and even offer me something to drink. I found my new favorite place! The prices are also affordable.

The way they don’t listen to their customers concerns and preferences is beyond me. I asked Pamela if we could reduce the amount of heat by using rollers after deep conditioning my hair instead of just blow drying all the way through and she proceeded to tell me that it’s fine and she’s going to do it how she wants. I will never come back. And my hair is breaking off from the way she put my clip ins in!

Expected the classic blow out smh not happy she didn't even blow my hair properly. My scalp is burnt! And she didn't do my edges so I had to go home and do my own hair .....defeated the purpose Very sweet ladies
