I love this place. I have been to numerous of Dominican hair salons and nothing, I mean nothing tops this one. I love she does walk-ins. Always professional and always makes sure that I walk out looking beautiful, no matter what she is my go-to lady. If you want 100 percent beautiful hair, she is definitely the lady to go to.

This business has changed ownership since my last visit. This place still has the same professional service, but the prices have gone up. They nickel and dime you on everything. For example, a wash and set used to be one set price. Now they charge the wash, regular conditioner, dry, and set separately. If you add a deep condition, trim, and color to your service, it can run into quite a bill. Hair looks very nice once they finish, but I don't like the nickel and diming of a simple service.

Dominican Salon by Maria is my ultimate go to hair salon for wash and set, deep conditioning, blow drying and hair cuts. Be sure to stop in Mon-Wed for a complimentary deep conditioning. Maria receives clients via walk in and appointments. She is a licensed professional in the beauty industry. You will love her customer service and time efficient care. I highly recommend Dominican Salon by Maria!

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at Dominican Hair Salon by Maria I took my underage daughter in for wash and set for her natural hair , without my consent they permed my daughters hair and the results were disastrous. Not only did the perm completely ruin her hair, causing it to fall out, but the service we received was also horrendous. The staff seemed untrained and careless. They did not follow proper procedures, and when the damage became apparent, they were unhelpful and dismissive. There was no attempt to rectify the situation or offer any form of compensation or support. This experience has been incredibly distressing for my daughter and me. I strongly advise against using their services, especially for such delicate procedures. The lack of professionalism and care

She’s so sweet and welcoming, I even brought my girls we are all natural and she cared for our hair. We definitely will be going back she hooked us up and it’s been a week and our hair is still soft and manageable. The prices were excellent for me.
