HILDA SLAYED MY HAIR !! I loved every second of my experience!! Came all the way from Harlem because they were recommend. Just bring your wallet 🤣. Honestly for the work she put in today I don’t mind what the price is. You pay for QUALITY I felt welcome and was treated with nothing but respect from start to finish. They are also great with 4c hair. This is my new salon I will only be getting my hair done now lol thank you ladies !!

I wanna start by saying if I could give them 0 stars I would. IF YOU’RE BLACK PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. They are way too rough and do not take the time to detangle your hair. The old lady was literally ripping my hair out as she was washing it. And then when it was time for me to get my blowout they put no heat protectant and they were very rough, they put KERATIN IN MY HAIR. They also thought I couldn’t understand them talking about me in Spanish but I did. Overall, it was a waste of time and money. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Go to ppl that are licensed and look like us.

If u have NATURAL AFRICAN AMERICAN HAIR DO NOT GO HERE !!!!! I went here for a SIMPLE WASH AND DEEP CONDITION 2 WEEKS LATER I WASH MY HAIR AND IT IS ALL FALLING OUT !!!!!!! THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE!! MY HAIR SMELLS LIKE ITS BEEN BURNT AND IS VERY STRINGY MY CURLS ARE DAMAGED I AM HEATED !!! I WENT IN WITH MY HAIR DOWN TO MY BRA AND IT IS NOW TO MY SHOULDER WOW !!!

I wasn’t going to make a review but I feel like if I do I will save someone’s hair 🙌🏾 I’ve been coming here for years when I use to get perms. I now have natural hair of 6-7 years. I wanted to come here to get my hair straightened for the first time in a long time for New Year’s. Before I even did my hair I asked how much it would be to the head lady of the shop, she told me it would be $40 for a wash and set and cut. I have shoulder length hair when my hair is curly. But when you straighten it out it’s past my shoulders not too much. As one of the ladies were washing my hair they were really ripping out my hair with their comb. When I asked her can she be gentle she said “sorry mommy I need to get the knots out”. The same lady that washed my hair also blew out my hair, she was very rough

If you have natural hair do not go here. After years of caring for my own hair & only getting protective styles I decided to get a blow out from the salon a few weeks ago. My hair looked great but when I would brush it I noticed my hair was breaking & so did my regular stylist. I just washed my hair at home like I always do & detangling it CLUMPS of my hair are just coming right out. I run a wide tooth come through & there is so much hair falling out. My hair texture feels different. It is stringy & my curls are damaged. If I could give zero stars I would.
